We want you to love your Timi of Sweden jewelry, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure that all products remain in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original jewelry pouches and secure them in a protective mailing envelope to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over the parcel at your nearest carrier collection point; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
